The City of Mountain Lake’s adopted snow removal and snow emergency policy is reviewed each October by the Mountain Lake City Council.

The policy lays out the process of calling and carrying out a snow emergency, and the order in which snow is removed the city’s streets and alleys.  Additional sections of the policy discuss snow pushed into the street by residents, property damage caused during snow and ice control operations and downtown winter parking restrictions.
